The following incidents were taken from police reports.

HILLSIDE DISTRICT

* 600 block of East Cedar Avenue: Two Burbank men were arrested

Tuesday afternoon. A 25-year-old man was taken into custody on a warrant

and the other man, 21, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on suspicion of

possessing methamphetamine. Special Enforcement Detail officers went to

the home to make the warrant arrest and after knocking on the door, they

saw smoking pipes on a coffee table, police said. The officers got

permission to search other people in the home and found a small amount of

methamphetamine while searching the 21-year-old man, police said.

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* 2511 N. San Fernando Blvd.: A 21-year-old Burbank woman was arrested

on suspicion of battery at 12:58 p.m. Thursday. The victim was in her car

in line at a drive-through at Jack-In-The-Box when the suspect approached

her. The suspect was yelling, but the victim told police she could not

understand some of what was said. When the victim got out of her car and

walked to the passenger side, the suspect allegedly punched her in the

leg and tried to close the door on her.

SOUTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT

* 99 S. Flower St.: Police are searching for someone who took a

tractor-trailer around 11 p.m. Wednesday. The empty refrigerator trailer

was found shortly after near the intersection of Verdugo Avenue and

Varney Street, police said. The missing diesel truck is a 1989

International 9300 model, police said.
