Applicants sought for Village improvement board

CIVIC CENTER -- Village area business owners are encouraged to apply

for a seat on the Burbank Village Improvement District Advisory Board.

The board makes recommendations to the City Council on issues

concerning the business improvement district.

Only business owners within the boundaries of Third Street, First

Street, Magnolia Boulevard to Angeleno Avenue are eligible to serve on

the board.

Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on June 1. Appointments to

the board are scheduled for the June 13 City Council meeting.

Applications are available at the city clerk's office at City Hall,

275 E. Olive Ave. Call 238-5840 for information.
