Burbank Chorale holds holiday concert

LOS ANGELES -- The oldest performing arts group in the valley, The

Burbank Chorale, will perform a holiday concert at 7 p.m. Dec. 3 in the

Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive,

Los Angeles.

The chorale, formed in 1920, will sing a variety of songs including

Benjamin Britten's "A Ceremony of Carols." The night will end with a

traditional audience sing-along.

The concert is funded in part by the city's PerformArts Grant Awards

Program. The chorale is directed by Misha Shtangrud. Admission to the

concert is free.
