MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH -- The City Council was to vote Tuesday on a

traffic conditions, message boards on local streets informing drivers of

congested conditions and timed traffic signals at Hollywood Way and Olive

Avenue to improve traffic flow.

The agreement between the MTA and Burbank will authorize the request

for funding from the MTA's call for projects this year. The request will

involve an MTA grant of $1,647,000 and a required local funding match of

$412,000.
