Victory Place to the east.

The 103-acre, $250-million project involves a shopping center, office

buildings and hotels. The shopping center, which will include Target,

Krispy Kreme, Hometown Buffet and Costco Wholesale, is expected to be

completed by October. The 400,000-square-foot office park is expected to

open by the end of 2001. The two hotels are scheduled to open in early

2002.
