MEDIA CITY CENTER -- Two Glendale residents were arrested Wednesday on

suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon following an alleged fight in

the Macy's parking structure, police said.

Jose Castillo, 18, and a 15-year-old juvenile whose name was not

released were arrested after allegedly attacking a Los Angeles man in the

parking structure and kicking him in the head, Burbank Police Sgt. Bill

Taylor said.

The 22-year-old man from Los Angeles told officers a group of about

six men approached him in the structure and asked him if he was in a

gang. When he told them he wasn't, the group continued to follow him to

the second floor, where they pulled his shirt over his head and knocked

him to the ground, Taylor said.

Witnesses told police that a group of about six men stood in a circle

and repeatedly kicked the victim for more than a couple of minutes. The

man was taken to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, police said.
