BURBANK -- The City Council approved an agreement July 31 authorizing

ballot tabulation, postage and other services.

The total cost of service for the agreement is not to exceed the

amount of $100,000, according to a staff report presented to the council.

Ballots for ROAR's all-mail ballot election could be mailed out as

early as Sept. 10. The election asks voters to pass an initiative

designed to limit expansion, growth and activity at the

Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport.
