BURBANK -- A 34-year-old Burbank man pleaded not guilty Thursday in
Pomona Superior Court on suspicion of possessing child pornography on his
home computer, authorities said.
Russell Allan Noriega's home computer was allegedly found by Los
Angeles County sheriff's investigators on July 24 to contain numerous
items of child pornography downloadedfrom the Internet, said Deputy Dist.

Earlier in July, Noriega pleaded not guilty to three charges of lewd
conduct after he allegedly approached three girls -- 7, 9 and 10 -- at a
park ride July 8 at Raging Waters, a water theme park in San Dimas.
Noriega allegedly told the girls he was a photographer who took
pictures of models and that he wanted to take photographs of the girls
with his video camera, Santini said.
An alleged 45 minutes of tape from the man's camera showed close ups
of the girls' crotches, and he is also alleged to have put his fingers
under the elastic banding of the girls' suits and touched their skin,
Santini said.
