I wholeheartedly agree with you that a project's name should represent

what it embodies, and that's why Burbank Media Center is the appropriate

name for this project.

Thank you for noting that the project provides many amenities, such as

a health club, church, screening room, retail space, luxury hotel and

child-care facility (all open to the public), but equally important is

the approximately 565,000 square feet of top-tier office space that was


designed specifically for media industry use.

Simply put, the proposed Burbank Media Center will serve the local

media industry's need for unique commercial space and state-of-the-art

accommodations, while offering new amenities to Burbank residents.
