Help offered for Providence entrance exams

MEDIA DISTRICT WEST -- Providence High School will offer an

educational seminar for all eighth-grade students who seek help with the

school's entrance exam.

The seminar will be from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 12 at Providence High

School, 511 S. Buena Vista St. in Burbank.

Students who attend will go over math, English and test-taking skills

to prepare for taking the exam.

The registration fee is $20 or $10 if your admission application is on

file by Jan. 3. Registration forms can be picked up in the admissions

office.

Providence High School is a Catholic, college preparatory,

coeducational high school owned and operated by the Sisters of

Providence.
