At Burroughs, vocalists and dancers will take center stage at "Pops

Show 23." The theme for that show is "Rockin' the Paradise," from a Styx

song.

More than 200 students are involved with the show and they have been

practicing six days a week in preparation.

Sam Saletta, a senior who has been involved with the school's vocal

music program for four years, is looking forward to the show.

"Performing is the ultimate adrenaline rush," Saletta said. "It's the

greatest thing about high school."

of the school at 902 N. Third Street. The first performance will be at 7
