might result in nightly street closures during construction.

The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2004.

Planning board to consider major projects
CIVIC CENTER -- The city's Planning Board is scheduled to review
two large-scale development projects Monday at a public meeting.
Plans for the city's 66,000-square-foot Development and Community
Services Building behind City Hall will be considered. The board will
also review plans for the Burbank Civic Plaza, which would include
offices, retail businesses and parking.
