Student exchange program underway

October 09, 2004

The Burbank Sister City Committee is now accepting applications from

high school students wishing to broaden their horizons by

participating in the cultural student exchange program.

Through the Sister City program, Burbank students have an

opportunity to spend two weeks in Ota, Japan, living with a Japanese

family to see firsthand how they live in that part of the world and

to promote communication, goodwill and cultural awareness.
