NORTHWEST DISTRICT
1700 block of North Buena Vista Street: A 52-year-old Burbank man was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of indecent exposure. The man's landlady alleged that he swam naked in the complex's swimming pool, then knocked on her door and entered her apartment.
SOUTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT
200 block of East Magnolia Boulevard: A 15-year-old Burbank boy was placed under citizen's arrest by Mervyns security on Monday after he allegedly attempted to steal $186 worth of men's clothing. Police cited the boy and released him to his parents.
