The Jewel City Doll Club will have its 29th annual Doll Show and Sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Glendale Civic Auditorium, 1401 Verdugo Road, Glendale. Antique and collectible dolls, accessories, paper dolls, old toys, bears, miniatures and related books will be available. Admission is $5. Free for children under 12. The Burbank Public Library will host Joe Camp, creator of the Benji movies, as part of the Burbank READS series of events at 1 p.m. at the Buena Vista Branch Library, 300 N. Buena Vista St., Burbank. Unity Church of Burbank and North Hollywood will be sponsoring an energy healing workshop with Sifu (master) Alan Lamb from 4 to 6 p.m. at Unity Church of Burbank and North Hollywood, 637 S. Victory Blvd., Burbank. Participants will work on energy techniques, including Chi Gung to heal and strengthen the body and release energy blockages in the flow of universal energy, the life force.
