Among those in attendance at Friday’s ball were Mayor Marsha Ramos fresh off a flight from South Korea, with her husband Dave, Councilwoman Anja Reinke, former Mayor Jef Vander Borght and his wife, Susan, Kathy Hastings, Vic and Sue Georgino, Paul and Janet McKenna, Burbank Police Chief Tim Stehr and his wife, Barbara, Dave and Pat Augustine, and Laurie Bleick of the Family Service Agency of Burbank. Committee members whose work secured a success for the event were Mary Greer, Katie Roth, Victoria Chow, Lucy Platner, Claudia Kosgeryan, Maria Romano, Stephanie Jonke, Mike Napolitano and Michael Marasco, who serves as the principal of St. Finbar Parish School.
Providence St. Joseph Medical Center Guild welcomed supporters to its annual fall fundraiser to benefit the Roy and Patricia Disney Cancer Center on Saturday at Lakeside Golf Club.
Staged under the theme “Viva Las Vegas,” guild President Lucy Brown and event co-chairs Janice Khoury and Patt Scully headed up a committee comprising Ollie Vick, Dee Dee Walser, Maria Balke, Marian Enos, Jerry Delauney, Marilu Crowley, Terry Campbell and Claire Loughlin.
