The Troubadour Theater Company’s production of “A Charlie James Brown Christmas” continues at the Falcon Theatre, 4252 Riverside Drive, Burbank. Matt Walker directs this parody of the 1965 animated television classic with the music of the Godfather of Soul. Performances are 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 4 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 4 and 7 p.m. Sunday, through Jan. 20. Tickets range from $20 to $37.50 and can be reserved by calling (818) 955-8101

The Collage Artists of America will have their work on display through Jan 24 at the Creative Arts Center Gallery, 1100 W. Clark Ave., Burbank. The juried exhibit will provide selected artists with first-, second- and third-place awards. Additional merchandise awards and the Ruth Sklar Memorial Award will be presented. The city of Burbank Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department presents the fifth anniversary Bash for the Burbank Skate Park from 3:30 to 9 p.m. at Valley Skate Park, 1625 N. Valley St., Burbank. The event will continue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 12 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 13. Come for games, contests, skate demos, prizes, food and live DJ music. BCR, “a place to grow,” formerly known as Burbank Center for the Retarded, will host a “Western Round-Up” dinner and dance from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. at McCambridge Recreation Center, 1515 N. Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank. Dinner will be served from 6:45 to 7:15 p.m. The dance is open to adults and teenagers 16 and older with developmental disabilities.
