The following items were taken from Burbank Police Department reports:

?2300 block of North San Fernando Boulevard: The owner of Burbank Pool and Spa reported that someone tried to break into his business Friday by driving a vehicle into a roll up door. The bottom portion of the door was bent inward, though the owner stated that nothing was taken from the business.

?500 block of Irving Drive: A 38-year-old Mission Hills man was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run and drunk driving after the Toyota pickup truck he was driving allegedly struck a parked Jeep SUV on Friday. The man allegedly walked away from the vehicle and left his allegedly drunken passenger in the truck. Police arrived and arrested the passenger, a 36-year-old Sun Valley man, on suspicion of being drunk in public. Police found the driver hiding in Jay Scott Drugs.

?3800 block of Riverside Drive: A 40-year-old Sherman Oaks woman reported that her $2,500 necklace was stolen Friday after she took it off to have X-rays taken.

?700 block of South Glenoaks Boulevard: A 35-year-old Burbank man reported that someone stole his car stereo, two bowling balls, bowling shoes and other bowling supplies valued at $500 from his Mazda on Friday.

?4200 block of West Burbank Boulevard: A 34-year-old Los Angeles man reported that a $2,500 laptop computer and a $600 camcorder were taken from his office Friday. He does not know when it occurred. His office is accessible to other employees.

?1200 block of North San Fernando Boulevard: A 23-year-old Highland Park man was arrested on suspicion of providing false information to police after he was stopped for allegedly jaywalking. After determining the man’s real identity, police found he was on parole for burglary and had been recently deported. The man was placed on parole hold for illegally reentering the United States and lying to the police.
