WEBELOS SCOUTS EARN ARROW OF LIGHT

Nine Webelos Scouts from Pack No. 225 have earned the Arrow of Light Award, Cub Scouting’s highest honor.

The Scouts were recognized during a special, candle-lit ceremony during a recent pack meeting at the First United Methodist Church of Burbank. The event was performed by the Order of the Arrow of Light, Boy Scouting’s national honor society.

During the pack meeting, the boys received hand-crafted arrows symbolizing their successful completion of the badge, which includes developing outdoor skills, learning the values of Scouting and preparing to become a Boy Scout. Webelos Scouts who have earned the Arrow of Light Award have completed all requirements for the badge.
