?3400 block of View Crest Drive: The Burbank Animal Shelter reported two cases of animal abuse Thursday after picking up two dogs that had apparent medical problems as a result of neglect.
?100 block of East Angeleno Avenue: A 40-year-old Northridge man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of being drunk in public after officers responded to a report of a man passed out in the bushes.
?1700 block of Victory Place: A 25-year-old North Hollywood man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of vandalizing a woman’s 1995 Ford Aerostar van with a key.
?800 block of Kemp Street: Police determined Thursday that an apparent case of elder financial abuse appears to be unfounded.
