Oldest business to be celebrated at mixer

The Burbank Chamber of Commerce plans to celebrate one of the city’s oldest businesses during its monthly membership mixer, slated for Jan. 22.

Community Chevrolet, the Olive Avenue dealership that has worked in Burbank for 50 years, will be highlighted during the mixer, an opportunity for local businesses to swap tips and gain contacts.

Admission is $10 for members and $15 for prospective members, who are allowed to attend two chamber events before joining the group.

The mixer is scheduled to take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the dealership, 200 W. Olive Ave., Burbank.
