SATURDAY The Verdugo Hills Doll Club will host the annual Doll and Toy Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Glendale Civic Auditorium, 1401 N. Verdugo Road, Glendale. There will be more than 100 dealer tables selling antique and collectible dolls including 19th century French and German dolls, Madame Alexander, Effanbee, Idea, Barbie as well as toys, bears, paper dolls, tea sets, doll houses, books, miniatures, doll clothing and accessories. An exhibition by Shari Beaubien, mixed media artist, opens with a reception from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Creative Arts Center Gallery, 1100 W. Clark Ave., Burbank. There will be a drawing for a matted fine art print from one of Beaubien’s paintings. The exhibition ends Feb. 25. “Swing Night,” featuring the John Burroughs High School Jazz Band, will be from 7 to 11:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Burbank Media Center, 150 E. Angeleno Ave., Burbank.
