Conventional discussion

He spoke through his apostle saying “Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God” (1 Cor 6:9-11 NIV).

You see, all such things as the Episcopal church is now sanctifying are considered “wicked,” and Christ calls us out of these to save us. Note how the passage says that these things are what we “were,” but having come into relationship with God we are no more, neither do we practice such things or endorse them.

The Episcopal church has become a worldly thermometer, and those faithful Christians that are leaving sense the cold grip of death upon that once faithful expression of God’s church. Should the endorsement of homosexuality ever become universal, a divine hand will then turn the dial all the way to red.
