We are planning to deliver the baskets Dec. 19 from Washington Elementary School. You can bring your basket to Washington Elementary and have it delivered by volunteers. Or you may take your basket directly to the family and see the joy on their faces when you arrive at their doorstep.
We are experiencing a marked increase in the number of families applying for a holiday basket, and we need additional donors. You can also help by donating gift certificates, food or toys. We are also looking for additional volunteers interested in helping to deliver baskets donated by others on that day.
And, we offer service learning hours for teens for school credit.
