The following were taken from daily booking reports at the Burbank Police Department.

AREA 1

?10900 block of Sherman Way

Officers responded to the parking lot of Vallarta Market parking after receiving complaints about a man masturbating in a car. Fermin Olvera, 52, of North Hollywood allegedly told officers that while his privates were exposed, he was not masturbating. He was arrested and booked at the Burbank Police Jail.

?Chandler Boulevard and North Ontario Street

Kelly Rolph, 20, of Northridge, Jessica Klein, 21, and Peggy Wilson, both of Burbank, were arrested after officers found syringes and bags filled with suspected methamphetamine, and other drug paraphernalia at their residence.

?200 block of North Florence

Police arrived and contacted a woman who told them that her ex-boyfriend broke into her home and tried to take belongings. When she tried to call police, 29-year-old Patrick Smith allegedly pulled the phone cord from the wall. He then ran out the back door. Smith, of North Hollywood, was found by police a few blocks away and detained. Smith was arrested on suspicion of burglary and booked at the police jail.

?3500 block of Jeffries Avenue

A 29-year-old Burbank man spotted three Latino men inside his Chevrolet Tahoe. He chased the suspects, but lost them when they jumped into a car and drove northbound on Hollywood Way. Officers could not find the men. They were in the process of stealing the man’s third-row seat, police said. Their vehicle was described as a green 2000 Dodge van.

AREA 2

?500 block of North First Street

A 47-year-old Los Angeles man found his Chevrolet Tahoe broken into while parked in the Sears parking structure. His third-row seat was taken.
