Senior running back Ulisies Ochoa has 85 carries for 595 yards and 11 touchdowns. Burbank will be taking on a Hoover team that has struggled most of the season. SOMETHING INTERESTING: The Burbank offense is averaging 33.8 points a game.

BURROUGHS VS. ARCADIA

WHEN: 7 p.m. Friday.

WHERE: Memorial Field (Burroughs High).

RECORDS: The Indians are 2-3, 2-0 in league; the Apaches are 3-2, 2-0.

LAST WEEK: Burroughs defeated Pasadena, 35-8; Arcadia defeated Muir, 34-13.

OUTLOOK: The Indians have developed a potent 1-2 running back punch in senior Tadeo Zuniga and junior Zander Anding. The athletes had two touchdowns each last week to help Burroughs complete the league comeback against Pasadena. Both backs are versatile, as they can push for short yardage or break off long runs. The team will be taking on an Arcadia team that got a huge win last week against Muir. Less than two weeks ago, Burbank had to score a late touchdown to defeat the Mustangs, 22-19. The Apaches have a solid quarterback in Myles Carr.

SOMETHING INTERESTING: Burroughs senior quarterback Lucas Yanez, who is already No. 6 on the Indians' all-time passing list, is just 170 yards shy of cracking the top 10 in rushing, which would give him an unequalled double.
