Man pleads not guilty to exposing his genitals to women several times.

A 51-year-old man pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to exposing himself to multiple women in Burbank over the past month.

Burbank police arrested Vincent Gaston, of Los Angeles, on Sunday after issuing multiple public warnings advising residents of a bald man wearing a white shirt and tie who would whistle at women before dropping his pants.

Four incidents occurred before police had a break in the case when Gaston allegedly exposed his genitals to two Burbank women at 1 p.m. Sunday while outside a black Lincoln Town Car.

The women, 24 and 25, were jogging near West Oak Street and North Frederic Street when Gaston allegedly stood outside his vehicle, exposed himself and chased after them as they ran away.

"After talking to the witnesses, officers were able to gather [Gaston] was probably a limousine driver based on his vehicle and the way he was dressed," said Sgt. Robert Quesada.

Gaston was identified after police followed up with limousine and taxicab drivers in the area with Lincoln Town Cars.

Police say Gaston began his flashing spree on Nov. 4, when he allegedly exposed himself to two women, ages 19 and 22, just before midnight.

The women, who were walking near the intersection of North Hollywood Way and West Magnolia Boulevard around 11:30 p.m., heard someone call out "Excuse me" when they saw a man matching Gaston's description lift up his shirt with one hand while holding down his pants with the other.

The women turned and ran the opposite direction, and the man was gone when they turned to look if he was following them, police said.

Before this past weekend, Gaston allegedly exposed himself multiple times to three teenage girls who were walking home from school near the intersection of North Buena Street and Jeffries Avenue on Nov. 29.

Around 1:30 p.m., Gaston allegedly walked out of an apartment complex holding his genitals before appearing in an alley near North Buena Vista Street and West Chandler Boulevard a few minutes later. He allegedly whistled at the girls, who reported to police that he was masturbating.

According to the incident report, the girls ran away and called the police, but officers didn't find suspects in the area.

Gaston was held on $50,000 bail and remained in custody Tuesday.

Anyone with further information is asked to call Burbank Police Det. Jeff Lamoureaux at (818) 238-3246.
