The Indians (3-3-3, 3-0-1 in league) were led by Amanda Encinas, who scored two goals. Maria Gomez, Daniela Salinas and Angie Caro also scored a goal each.
Caro had the first goal of the game in the 18th minute and Salinas scored on a header in the 34th minute. Gomez and Encinas scored both their goals in the second half. Tatiana Rizzotti, Salinas and Brooke Hazzard had assists for the Indians.
Burroughs completely dominated the tempo and was able to move the ball at will through the overmatched Glendale midfield and defense. Midfielders Salinas, Rizzotti, Jose Castellon and Caro dictated play
The Indians defense of Haley O'Brien, Hallie White, Hazzard and Riley Garden was outstanding, and made it an easy game for goalkeepers Tatiana Sanchez and Rica Chuidian.
Providence 3, Oakwood 1: The Pioneers rolled to a Liberty League win Saturday at the Glendale Sports Complex.
Providence received goals from Lauren Markey, Kaitlyn Markey and Cali Polanco.
Providence 3, Oakwood 0: The Pioneers received a fine offensive effort from Alec Adney and a solid defensive performance from goalkeeper Osbalda Lara Saturday in securing the Liberty League shutout at the Glendale Sports Complex.
Adney scored two goals and Sarkis Shaginian added one.
Burbank 47, Glendale 35: Damarie Gonzalez scored 12 points and Evelyn Abrami chipped in 11 Monday to pace the Bulldogs to a Pacific League road win.
Burbank (10-6, 2-1) jumped out to a 13-2 lead after one quarter.
Burbank 34, Crescenta Valley 32: The Bulldogs outscored the Falcons, 10-4, in the fourth quarter Friday en rout to a Pacific League win on the road.
Courtney Seidler had 10 points for Burbank.
Burroughs 45, Pasadena 42: Lisha Elsenbach poured in 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds Friday to pace the Indians to a Pacific League victory on the road.
Burroughs converted 15 of its 25 free-throw attempts.
Crescenta Valley 69, Burbank 66 (two overtimes): The loss was the second in a row to open Pacific League play this season for the Bulldogs, who hell to the host Falcons Friday.
Burbank's Chris White scored 21 points, including eight in the second overtime.
Muir 73, Burroughs 49: The Indians went to 0-3 in Pacific League play Monday with a loss at home.
