Police Report - March 22, 2011

March 22, 2011

Area 1: Intersection of West Victory Boulevard and North Catalina Street

At 3:40 p.m. on Feb. 17, a man sitting in a car made a kissing sound at a 13-year-old girl walking home from school. When she looked over, the man was stroking his genitals and the girl ran toward her home. The incident was not immediately reported because the family did not believe they had enough information.

The man was described as Latino, in his 30s with black bushy hair and a black mustache. He was driving a red, older, four-door compact vehicle with tinted rear windows. The girl said the car had patches of rust.
