Vanessa Romero, senior, guard, Sacred Heart

The All-Mission League first-team standout also earned All-CIF Southern Section first-team honors. Although she missed a chunk of the season with a knee injury, she bounced back to average 15.6 points, 3.4 assists and 2.9 steals for the Tologs, who advanced to the CIF quarterfinals.

Aysia Shellmire, sophomore, center, Burroughs

Was solid as a shooter and rebounder for the Indians, helping them advance to the CIF Southern Section quarterfinals. Along with averaging 9.8 points a game, she also tallied 7.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks.

Jasmine Smith, junior, center, Bell-Jeff

When the Guards needed a player to step up, it was Smith who usually answered the call. The junior averaged 12 points a game and was instrumental in helping guide Bell-Jeff to its fourth-straight Santa Cruz League title. For her efforts, she was honored as a first-team All-CIF Southern Section and all-league pick.

Vicky Oganyan, Burroughs

Helped the Indians rebound from a third-place finish in 2010 to capture the Pacific League championship this past season. It was the program's first league title in 33 years. In addition, under Oganyan's tutelage, Burroughs set a program record for wins (25) against just five losses, and advanced to the CIF Division II-A quarterfinals. She was also honored as the Pacific League's Coach of the Year.
