"I've gone that time before, it's just been a long time since I got it," Lambert said. "Chris over there, he was just as fast as me in the water, so I really had to work the start and the turns to push ahead of him. In fact, I fell like if it was a straight shot, he might have beat me."
Reithel won the 50-yard freestyle in 22.16 seconds to help the Indians finish fourth with 238 points.
"I felt pretty strong; I feel like I could have gone out a little faster, it's nowhere near my best time," Reithel said. "But I did the job and I got it done, so that's good."
In relays, the Indians got a runner-up finish from Casey Ueno, Kevin Ueno, Skyler Winkler and Reithel in the 200-freestyle in 1:30.97 and the same group was second in the 400-freestyle in 3:21.83.
Burbank's 200-medley relay team of Christopher Mitillian, Brian Kwon, Kevin Miller and Lambert placed second in 1:44.98.
Crescenta Valley won the meet and the outright league title with 563 points.
Burbank, Burroughs in Pacific League finals: The Indians received runner-up finishes from Michaela Salinas in the 200-yard freestyle (1 minute 58.49 seconds) and the 500 freestyle (5:11.84), while the 200-medley relay team of Salinas, Savannah Simmons, Erika Green and Ahsha Earwood finished second in 1:46.73.
Burroughs finished with 317.5 points for third place, while Burbank placed sixth with 134.
Crescenta Valley won the meet and the outright league title with 503 points.
Burroughs, Burbank in Pacific League Individual Tournament: Kelsey Danzeisen of Burroughs fired a three-over-par 74 in the event Wednesday at Santa Anita Golf Course. Danziesen, who battled a rib injury, finished with a two-round score of 388 after shooting a 78 on Tuesday.
Danzeisen finished in eighth place and will serve as the league's alternate. The top seven qualified for the CIF Southern Section Individual Tournament, which will be held May 14 at Las Posas Country Club in Camarillo.
"I've been battling the rib injury since the beginning of the year," Danzeisen said. "I didn't want to injure myself more, but I felt like I had a solid round."
