Actress Amanda Bynes was cited for driving with a suspended license Sunday morning in Burbank.  A spokesman for the Bob Hop Airport police says the actress was not detained, but her car was impounded. L.A. Times

The Bob Hope Airport announced plans to launch a $150,000 marketing campaign highlighting the airport’s convenience amid major construction projects on the 405 Freeway and the Los Angeles International Airport. Burbank Leader

Manuel Figueras, a longtime aide to L.A. City Councilman Richard Alarcon, pleaded not guilty to a vehicular manslaughter charge. Figueras allegedly struck and killed a pedestrian in a city vehicle as he crossed Vineland Ave. in North Hollywood. Daily News
