Police arrest suspects in "knock-knock"… (Los Angeles Times )

Good morning, readers. Today is Thursday, September 20. A family is asking for donations to help bury four relatives who were all killed in an auto accident earlier this month.

“They didn’t leave anything,” a relative told the L.A. Times. The accident also left a teenage boy on his own.

DWP customers, prepare for a rate increase soon. A 11.1% increase was approved by a Los Angeles city panel on Wednesday, reports the Daily News.

Police looked for evidence on Wednesday that would lead them to finding "knock-knock burglars," who have been hitting affluent areas of the San Fernando Valley, reports the L.A. Times.

A new eatery is popping up in North Hollywood. Harvest Moon will serve breakfast and lunch. The owners say they want it to be a "community-based restaurant." Patch
