October 29, 2013

An alleged stolen car rammed into a restaurant owned by Burbank Councilman Gary Bric early Tuesday, according to police officials.

Prior to the crash, police saw the alleged stolen car driving at a high rate of speed on the southbound Golden State (5) Freeway, according to Sgt. David Delgado with the Valley Traffic Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

As police pursued, the driver of the reportedly stolen car exited onto Hollywood Way, ran a stop sign and clipped another vehicle before crashing into the business, called Gary Bric's Ramp, located 7730 N. Hollywood Way in Sun Valley, Delgado said.
