Neil Zevnik, Enjoy! BURBANK -- If Chef's Take-out in Burbank is looking for a slogan, here's my suggestion: "Nice Folk, Nice Food, Nice Price." This unassuming, pleasant little restaurant provides three enjoyable services in one place -- dine-in, take-out and delivery. My first visit was for lunch, and I was greeted with smiles all around and a spotless and appetizing food display. After ordering my lunch special, I settled down in the charming dining room in the back, which is lined with comfortable booths and decorated with vintage photos.
