Service Clubs

Karen Hubbard Civitans from all over the California district gathered this past weekend in Oxnard at the Casa Sirena Hotel for their winter districtwide meeting. Gil Black, district governor, presided at the business session Saturday, and Sandy Lucas, Foothill Civitan member and California district governor-elect, presided at the lunch session. Other Foothill Civitan members in attendance included Joanne Adams, Marge Llanusa, Shirley Pratt, Millie Montante, Mary Spilman, Carol Nicholson, Sandie Shapiro, Jenice McGlynn, Karen Hubbard, Jean and John Stroud, Linda Slocum, Dee Dee Ruhlow and Shirley Witt.
